党校图书馆学科馆员制度建设探讨

摘要： 信息技术与图书馆行业的快速发展给党校图书馆建设带来了严峻挑战,构建学科馆员制度,对于提升党校教学水平及科研能力、提高馆员素质、促进自身发展具有重要意义。在调查和分析目前31个省（市、区）委党校图书馆学科馆员制度建设现状的基础上,提出党校图书学科馆员制度建设建议。

Abstract: The rapid development of information technology and libraries has brought great challenges to party school li- braries. The construction of subject librarian system in party school libraries is important to enhance the level of teaching and the research capabilities of party school, improve the quality of librarians, promote party school li- braries development. This paper investigates and analyses the construction status quo of subject librarian system in 31 province committee school libraries of CPC, and brings forward some suggestions on the construction of subject librarian system in party school libraries.
