摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对山东省内的50所高校图书馆开展数字参考咨询的情况进行了调查研究,以此来进一步了解国内高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务开展的情况,并针对调查结果提出了一些问题和建议。

Abstract: Through investigating and analyzing the digital reference service of 50 university libraries in Shandong province, this paper tries to find out the basic situation of the digital reference service （DRS） in Chines university li- braries. Besides, in order to promote the development of the DRS, some suggestions are be put forward in the end.
