摘要： 阐述数字阅读时代的特点及对县级图书馆的影响,提出县级图书馆在数字阅读时代的应对策略.

Abstract: The paper expounds the characteristics of the digital reading era ,analyses the disturbance to country-level li- braries and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
