摘要/Abstract

摘要： 开发读者知识资源,使读者知识资源显性化、集中化,有助于提升图书馆的服务质量,增强图书馆的竞争力.分析读者知识资源的概念及特点,提出图书馆读者知识资源建设的对策.

Abstract: It contributes to promoting the library service quality and enhancing the library competitiveness to develop reader knowledge resource and make reader knowledge resource explicit and centralized. This paper analyses the conception and characteristics of reader knowledge resource, and puts forward countermeasures of reader knowledge resource construction in libraries.
