摘要： 作为第三空间的公共图书馆应是“知识共享、交流互动、休闲娱乐、创意展示、文化共同体”的场所,新加坡、澳大利亚、中国等国家的一些公共图书馆在营造第三空间上进行了实践探索.剖析并总结现有公共图书馆第三空间建设现状和经验,并对公共图书馆营造第三空间提出思考和建议.

Abstract: As the third space, the public library should be the place of＂knowledge sharing, communication and interaction, leisure and recreation, creativity display and cultural community＂. The construction of the third space has been explored in some public libraries in Singapore, Australia and China. This paper analyses and summarizes the construction present situation and experience of the third space in the existing public library, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the construction of the third place.
