摘要： 大数据作为云计算、物联网之后信息社会又一次革命性技术的突破,正在将信息社会发展引入一个新的阶段,对信息服务业带来根本性的变革,也对图书馆知识咨询服务产生影响.在阐述大数据基本内涵的基础上,分析大数据给图书馆知识咨询服务带来的机遇,提出大数据背景下图书馆知识咨询服务的策略.

Abstract: As a revolutionary technological breakthrough after cloud computing, internet of things, big data makes the information society enter into a new stage, which has brought fundamental changes to the information service industry and has exerted certain influence on library knowledge consultation. This paper expounds the basic connotation of big data, analyses the opportunities of library knowledge consultation in the era of big data, and puts forward the service strategy of knowledge consultation in libraries under the background of big data.
