摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过对隐性知识概念与特征的研究,结合知识管理新视角,探讨图情领域馆员隐性知识的孕育、分享过程及挖掘价值,借鉴野中郁次郎SECI模型,揭示图书馆隐性知识、显性知识间的流动转化规律及所处的知识产品阶段,并提出可行的管理路径。

关键词: 隐性知识知识管理图书馆分享与转化

Abstract: This paper studies the definition and characteristic of tacit knowledge,explores the breeding, sharing and mining value of librarians＇ tacit knowledge by integrating the new perspective of knowledge management. On the basis of SECI model proposed by Ikujiro Nonaka. Also, it reveals the transformation rule between explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge as well as the stage of intellectual products, and propose a feasible management approach.
