摘要： 图书馆开展志愿服务活动,可扩大图书馆的影响力。高校图书馆可从运作机制、组织机制、管理机制、培育志愿文化、志愿者专业化、管理手段等方面,探索建立志愿服务长效机制,以推进高校图书馆志愿服务的可持续发展。

关键词: 高校图书馆志愿者志愿服务长效机制

Abstract: The development of volunteer service activities in libraries can expand the influence of libraries. University libraries can explore the construction of long-term mechanism of volunteer service from operation mechanism,organization mechanism, management mechanism, cultivation of volunteer culture, professional volunteers,management method in order to promote the sustainable development of university library volunteer services.
