摘要: 基于社会化媒体营销对高校图书馆服务领域产生极大的影响,社会化媒体应用正改变着读者需求、服务理念以及图书馆与读者的交流方式,并有助于树立人性化和时代感的图书馆形象。近年来,高校图书馆积极应用社会化媒体开展营销实践。选取四则经典案例,分析其成功要素,期望为图书馆服务推广带来有益的启示。

Abstract: Social media marketing greatly influences university library services. It changes the reader demand, service con-cept, the communication between the library and readers. The application of social media helps establishing the library image of humanity and modernity. In recent years, university libraries actively carry out the marketing practice by using social media. This paper selects four classic cases and analyses the factors of success in order to bring beneficial enlightenment for the library service.
