摘要: 在综述国内高校图书馆学科馆员服务绩效评价研究的基础上,将关键绩效指标引入到学科馆员服务绩效评价中,构建基于KPI的高校图书馆学科馆员服务绩效评价体系,并以福州大学图书馆为例进行验证,提出相应的改进措施。

Abstract: Based on the study of the service performance appraisal of the subject librarians of university libraries at pre-sent, this paper introduces the Key Performance Indicators method into the service performance appraisal of the subject librarians, constructs the KPI model for the service performance appraisal of the subject librarians of u-niversity libraries and makes an empirical study of Fuzhou University Library, and puts forward some corre-sponding counter measures for the improvement of the service performance of subject libraries.
