农村图书馆在农民民主参与中的功能价值初探

摘要： 当前,我国农民在民主参与上存在参与程度低下、参与意识淡薄、参与环境无序、参与素质匮乏、参与方式方法欠缺等问题。农村图书馆不仅为农民提供精神食粮,而且还具有激发农民民主参与意识、提升农民民主参与素质、夯实农民民主参与基础、改善农民民主参与环境、拓宽农民民主参与信息渠道等功能价值。因此,应加快农村图书馆建设步伐,充分发挥农村图书馆在农民民主参与和农民权利维护方面的重要作用。

Abstract: At present, there are some problems for chinese farmers＇ democratic participation ,such as the low level of participation, involvement consciousness, participation in environmental disorder, lack of participation in quality and ways. Rural libraries not only provide farmers with spiritual food, but also inspire farmers democratic participation, enhance the quality of democratic participation of farmers, lay the groundwork for democratic participation, improve farmers＂ participation in environmental democracy, expand access to information of democratic participation.
