中医药信息资源开放存取的现状分析

摘要：

开放存取的实现形式主要有开放存取期刊和开放存取知识库两种。从这两个角度出发,采用调查统计的研究方法,分析了中医药信息资源的开放存取现状,认为中医药学科的开放存取期刊处于发展缓慢但趋于稳定增长的状态;国内中医药学科知识库的建设处于理论研究阶段,中医药机构知识库的建设处于初始阶段,亟须得到相关领域的重视。

Abstract:

There are two ways to achieve Open Access, which are Open Access Journals and Open Access Repository. From these two angles, this article analyzes the situation of the information resources of Open Access by the method of survey statistics. This paper argues that, the development of OAJ in TCM field is slowly but steady growth; the construction of Disciplinary Repository of TCM resources is in theoretical research stage, the construction of Disciplinary Repository in Chinese University of TCM is in the initial stage, which needs to get the urgent attention of the relevant areas.
