摘要：

以新乡医学院为例,通过问卷及访谈调研用户对高校图书馆电子书数据库的了解和使用情况及其对电子书资源的看法,并进行相关统计和分析。结果显示：图书馆电子书数据库利用率较低;电子书数据库的主要使用目的是学生课业需求;使用电子书数据库的主要困难和不满意之处是用户不熟悉数据库,找不到所需文献;对电子书数据库使用最有帮助的方式是开展相关培训讲座;电子书资源使用频率与用户所在院系、年级、有无电子书相关阅读设备及使用实体图书馆频率相关。根据问卷及访谈分析结果,提出相应建议。

Abstract:

Taking Xinxiang Medical University Library as an example, this paper adopts questionnaire and in-depth interview as the main research method to explore the use of E-book databases. The result of the survey shows that the utilization of E-book databases is low, the main purpose to use the E-book database is students’ academic need, the main obstacle and unsatisfaction of user using the E-book database are unfamiliar with database and failure to find the required literature, the database training lecture is the most helpful to users, the frequency of E-book databases usage is related to users’ department, grade and read equipment and the use ratio of physical library. Based on the analysis of the research result, it puts forward some suggestions.
