高校图书馆员组织社会化的分析与研究

摘要:

除收集人口信息外,测量了463名高校图书馆馆员的组织社会化。结果表明:参与调查者在整体上具有高的社会化层次,在政治上是社会化的,其次是绩效水平(任务及技能)和语言;而在组织目标及价值观、历史和人维度上的社会化相对较低。研究结果可以用来了解高校图书馆员的学习和调节过程,预测他们的战斗力和工作满意度,并发展和完善图书馆培训或适应项目。

Abstract:

This paper collects population information, measures the socialization of organization for 463 university librarians. The result shows that the participant from university libraries has a high level of socialization as a whole, also has high socialization in politics, performance level (task and skill) and language; but has lower socialization in organizational goal and value, history and human dimension. The result can be used to forecast the mental state of librarians and satisfaction with the work, develop and improve the library-related training or adaptation project.
