Abstract: The cultural information resources sharing project is a cultural project benefiting the people, which will benefit both current and future generations.To make the project play a long-term effect, it is necessary to earnestly carry out the training work.especially it is the topic for practitioners to study and discuss that how to develop the training of cultural information resources sharing projects in economically underdeveloped areas according to local conditions.According to the arrangement of the National Public Cultural Development Center and the Ministry of Culture, Jiangxi branch center of cultural information resources sharing project located in economically underdeveloped areas makes unified deployment and unified management, actively explores innovative training mode according to local conditions, earnestly carries out various training work of cultural information resources sharing project.The training work experiences a great leap forward and great development process from point to point, from single to multi level.
