Abstract: Based on the construction practice of the new library in Jiangxi Province, this paper analyzes the role of agent construction system and the selection method, intervention time and responsibilities of the agent construction unit, studies in detail the path of the public library to play the main role in the construction of the new library, sums up the characteristic experience of the new library in Jiangxi Province, and provides some suggestions for colleagues to promote the construction of the new library.
