Abstract: This paper expounds the relationship between knowledge innovation and the optimum construction of information resources , analyzes the present conditions and the existing problems of information resources construction in our country in terms of serving knowledge innovation and puts forward the counter measures for information optimum construction based on knowledge innovation.
