CS Strategy: Core of Quality Management of Information Service in Library

Abstract: The paper discusses the concept of Customer Satisfaction Strategy(CS) that is the CS strategy in the quality management of information service and the principles of realizing CS strategy. The paper also discusses the ways of realizing CS strategy in the quality management of information service in library.
