Abstract: This paper refers to old person＇s physiology and the psychological characteristics, and special demand to environment of the library by old person. It carries on the scientific and comprehensive analysis studies to the library work under Population aging and puts forward some constructive improvement proposals which are helpful to create a suitable environment of library for the aging readers.
