Abstract: Based on analyses of intelligence demands in the process of enterprise＇s R＆D decision-making,this paper discusses the applications of competitive intelligence in enterprise＇s R＆D decision-making from three aspects： early-warning of technology, technology monitoring and technology analysis and forecasting.
