Abstract: Now the periodical work in university library has shown some problems such as ＂a few magazines, many people＂,backward management tools, low level of service.In the base of characteristics and status of the periodical reading room work,this paper presents that we must innovate library services ways and contents to increase service quality and management level of the periodical reading room services.
