Abstract: The author holds that the traditional library providing the document service based on a publishing unit such as title,volume and cope,is unable to satisfy the reader＇s knowledge requiretments in the knowledge economic times.Under the internet environment,only by exploiting the document information resources of the knowledge unit＇s arrangement, producing various applicable knowledge products and enabling the document resources to get a exploitation mood＇s utilization based on the document research can the library meet the user＇s requirements for knowledge information and push forward the development of the economy and the society in earnest.
