Abstract: this paper analyses the feasibility and restrictive factors of realizing the co-constructing and sharing of literature information resources in Ningbo （Yinzhou district） university zone,and brings forward some measures of establishing the co-constructing and sharing of literature information resources system in Ningbo（Yinzhou district） university zone.
