Abstract: The investigation of users ＇satisfaction is an important method and basis for evaluating service quality of the library. LibQUAL^＋TM and Rodski Group are two kinds of famous foreign investigation systems.Both of them have their advantages in birth background, research object, guiding ideology,investigation index,and enforcement train,while complementing each other.Their application effect would also play different roles in guiding improving library＇ s service quality.A comparison analysis of them will do great help for the library to establish an objective and all-round index system for service quality＇s evaluation.
