Abstract: Personnel lease is a new employment mechanism.This paper makes some introductions of personnel lease briefly,analyses the necessity,feasibility,the current status and existing problems of its implementation in university library.At last,the paper makes some reasonable suggestions on how to apply the personnel lease mechanism better.
