细节管理时代的图书馆——对图书馆细节及细节管理问题的初步分析

Abstract

Abstract: In this detail-subduing management time,an organization＇ s management level relies on it＇s estimate and control level on the details.In fact,the library operation is composed of various details.On the basis of detail cognition,this paper tries to analyze the detail problems which are closely linked up with the library image,library culture,and library service innovation and so on. This paper also analyzes the cause of failing to control and estimate the detail problems,and then probes into the realization of library detail management.
