Abstract: This paper elaborates the concept of reader＇s rights in library,and points out that the reader＇s rights in university library should include the rights of information equity,the rights of time and space,the rights of using free information,the rights to know, the right to security,the rights of training and counselling,the rights of criticisms and suggestions and privacy right,ere, In order to uphold the readers＇rights in university library,university library should speed the legislation of library law, strengthen the legal education of readers,strengthen the construction of literature information resources and strengthen the quality education of librarians.
