Abstract: This paper introduces the present situation of Digital Reference Service（DRS） of library.at home and abroad,then discusses the five models of DRS：DRS based on E-mail,FAQ reference,Real-time reference,Cooperative DRS and Web Self-service application.Moreover,this paper points out the development tendency of DRS.
