Abstract: With the establishment and development of subject librarian system in university,the subject librarians have become the collectors of information resources,who mainly collect the disciplines information resourees,they can make the disciplines information resources into specialization.With the emergence of electronic resources and network resources, the library community puts forward the requirement that library must rationally and scientifically configure and integrate information resources which are from various carriers,different types and different channels,so that the disciplines information resources can accord with the development of disciplines,the needs of teaching and research in university,and meet the needs of readers.
