Abstract: It is a long-term of the network information literacy education for minor to be enforced,even it has reached a new stage in China,because more and more minors wallow in network and the library is short of education function.This paper analyses the status of the minor network information literacy education,elaborates the role of library in network information literacy education of minor,and points out that library should be the information service center and information literacy education center of minor under the network environment.
