Abstract: This paper analyses the status of resource utilization of digital library and the problems which exist in training the information retrieval ability of user.The paper proposes a new training method that taks the ability of user as the training centre can be to enhance the utilization rate of information resource and realize the sustainable development of digital library.At last,the paper puts forward the corresponding training countermeasures of user.
