Abstract: University Library plays an important mission in the teaching and scientific research of university,which is the important position of teaching and research.With the development of society,advances of technology,need changes of university students, the services and service items of university library are faced with challenge.The traditional single circulation model of I.iterature has been unable to meet the needs of university students.This paper puts forward the construction of dynamic opening of services system in university library is to enhance the abilities of adapting to the society and the qualities of university students.
