Abstract: This paper analyses the copyright issues which exist in the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project,including the uploads and transfers of video,audio,and electronic materials,the usage and transfers of copyrighted materials,the digitalization of library resources,and the gathering and applications of online resources.h discusses the corresponding strategies to solve the copyright issues from the perspectives of public works,reasonable usage,legal permission,and copyright permission,including payment.
