Abstract: This paper first makes a comparison between library consortia and clusters management in library.Then it analyses the advantages of cluster management in regional library,and points out that some principles must be followed in cluster management for regional library.Finally It considers that cluster management will be a new selection and the inevitable trend of information resources sharing in regional libarary.
