Abstract: Network has been changing the study,work and life of the people,the application of network technology brings the new change of library work.This paper discusses the new models of aequisitioning,the new features of cataloguing and the new qualities requirements of librarian in library under the network environment,in order to adapt the aequisitioning and cataloguing work of library to the demands of readers.
