Abstract: Based on a view that excitation is an important content of human resource management,this paper analyzes the excitation problem,then elaborates the vital role of excitation in the development of university library.In university library management, using various excitation methods can stimulate enthusiasm and creativity of all librarians effectively,so as to achieve the win- win objectives between library and individual.
