Abstract: The information service of university libraries based on knowledge innovation not only is a positive response to the construction of national innovation system,but also is the development and innovation of its service.Based on the diversification,forward-looking and socialization characteristics of knowledge innovation,this paper puts forward that university library should have a people-oriented innovative concept,information literacy innovation talent,a shared information platform to develop knowledge innovation information service contributing to the information ecosystem balance,and considers that personalized,discipline-oriented,interactive and information value-added services are the effective forms of knowledge innovation services.
