Abstract: The 21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy,knowledge has become an important resource.Knowledge service as a way to improve the quality of library services has been paid more and more attention by libraries.Knowl-edge organization is the foundation of knowledge service,knowledge service is the goal of knowledge organization.This paper introduces the contents of knowledge organization and knowledge service,and discusses how to achieve the coordination between knowledge organization and knowledge service.
