Abstract: With the overall progress of social informatization, the society requirements for public information resources management talent are on the increase. It is beneficial to the training of innovation public information resource management professionals to research the educational approaches for public information resources management. This paper considers that the teaching activities, seientitic research and social practice are the educational approaches, and makes specific analysis on each approaches.
