Abstract: In current digital reference service, more and more attention is paid to the protection of users＇privacy right. Based on the outline of the contents and characteristics of privacy right, this paper analyzes some aspects of the users＇ privacy involved in digital reference service, and discusses the strategies to strengthen the protection of users＇ privacy right.
