Abstract: With the increasing of web resources, users have strong demands to the network search engine. The existing search engine must be improved in order to satisfy the users＇ objective, accurate and prompt personalization information retrieval requests and to make them participate in the search flow. This paper proposes that user context information must be added to the process of search engine retrieval. It means that we should construct a user context model, integrate it with the search engine and the semantic web technology in this framework, and increase the understanding of semantic meaning of retrieval information in the searching. The personalized information search will be realized.
