Abstract: This paper points out the existing problems in the development and utilization of ancient books in university library,such as the lack of macro-management work,the traditional service model,and puts forward the strategies to promote the development and utilization of ancient books in university library from the construction of hierarchical management model,network query platform,university library alliance.
