Abstract: With the increasing severity of the situation of employment and the impact of financial crisis,the underemployment of university students has become more and more prominent.Employment service of universities libraries is an expansion and extension service of modernized libraries.This paper analyses the reasons why it is hard to find a job for university students,and discusses the superiority and strategies to carry out employment guidance services for university students by universtiy library.
