Abstract: This paper analyzes the reasons for the psychological imbalance of circulation librarians from organization support,occupational stress and personal cognitive,elaborates the harm brought by psychological imbalance of circulation librarians and the importance of adjustment to the imbalance,and puts forward some adjustment methods to reduce the psychological imbalance of circulation librarians so that the rate of imbalance can be reduced and the service quality of library can be improved.
