Abstract: E-commerce is a new commercial mode and is most likely to become the main trade form in the network age.h is a form of library acquisition in the network environment to purchase document from online bookstores using e-commerce.This paper analyses the advantages and limitations of the network acquisition, and brings forward the countermeasures of university library network acquisition.
