Abstract: This paper makes analysis on the necessity of the innovation-oriented librarians’ training from the perspective of Eco-economic region of Poyang Lake,elaborates on the basic principles of innovation-oriented librarian’s training,and finally brings forward the new thoughts on innovation-oriented librarian’s training.
