Abstract: With the development of computer technology and network technology, we are in the new media era. The new media has not only changed the way for people to receive information, but also changed the way for people to live and read. It earl make a broader space for the development of library to take countermeasures to meet the readers＇ reading needs according to the emerging reading style in the new media era.
