Abstract: The environmental protection education is one of the new information services in the library. Through twenty years of exploration, Russian libraries have achieved good achievements and social reactions in the field of environmental protection education. In recent years, although some libraries in China have carried out activities in environmental protection education, and achieved some success, there are still many shortcomings. Therefore, learning from Russian libraries＇ practical experience in the field of environmental protection education can promote the development for environmental protection education of Chinese libraries.
