Abstract: The psychological contract is the psychological link connecting the organization with the staff, also is an important factor which affects the staff's behavior and attitude. There are psychological contracts with mutual responsibilities between the library and its employees. This paper elaberates the concepts of psychological contract, and discusses human resource management methods of libraries based on psychological contract.
