Abstract: Begining with the connotation of the personal information in the library personalized information service, this paper analyses the security hidden in the troubles of personal information in the process of library personalized information service.To safeguard personal information, the paper constructs perfect and science personal information protection system by using the system theory from aspects of taking the law as the guarantee, industry self-regulation as basic guarantee, reader self-protection as intrinsic motivation, security technology as the main tools, supervision mechanism as auxiliary means.
